Payment Methods

We accept PayNow (preferable) and major credit cards. Available payment options will always be shown and updated at checkout.

Promotional Codes

If you have a promotional code, simply enter it at checkout before completing payment. The discount will be applied automatically.

Returns & Exchanges

The total amount paid, less mailing or courier charges and a S$5 administrative fee, will be credited to you. These deductions cover costs already incurred, such as packaging and delivery materials.

If a product is sent to you incorrectly, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
